Vores økologiske Høst er inspireret af den nordfranske øltype, Saison. Det er let humlet øl med en frisk syrlighed og imødekommende krydret smag. Saison betyder årstid på fransk, og en klassisk Saison er krydret, boblende og frugtig, ligesom som vores. Traditionelt blev Saison brygget om vinteren af de franske bønder, så de havde noget at drikke, når de gik i marken om sommeren.

50 cl bottle, shared. Hazy, golden colour with a creamy off white head. Fruity aroma with yeasts, peppers, orange zest. Taste is light sweet. Drying, spicy fruity finish. Fine Saison/ Biere de Garde.

[ As Herslev Økologisk Høst ].Hazy medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, pale malt, sweet malt, yeast, fruity yeast - ala a light version saison yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, sweet malt, citric, fruity yeast, yeast - saison yeast, sharp. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
