375 ml bottle. Crystal clear golden color. Aroma is red grape, rye, oak. Flavor has oak and unripe fruit throughout the sip. Grape has a large influence but doesn’t become obnoxious. Finish has just the right amount of pucker and mild tartness. Very enjoyable summer sipper. Nicely crafted!

Bottle, undated, but recently purchased from brewery on 6/25/21. Drunk 7/2/21. Intense carbonation streams up through this crystal clear, bright, straw-golden beer. Bolsters a small, white head. From afar the grape character is just pouring off the top and highly aromatic. It's woven in with cellar-like funk, plaster/mineral, plentiful biscuit/cracker and a floral finish. Malts definitely seem very dry/attenuated from the nose and it worries me a bit that it might be bone dry/thin. But it sure smells great. Definitely bone dry, but much to my happiness, it's malty and there is some moderate sugar from the grapes, as well. To that end, I'm kind of surprised there's as much grape sugar remaining, but it's enjoyable nonetheless. Tight carbonation, a soft, malty texture and restrained acidity with no alcohol or flaw. Grapes are highlighted but not overdone, and they complement the funk and grain nicely. Lovely, well-executed, restrained beer.
