Memories of weekend getaways, late night adventures, and family reunions are brought back to life with one sip of this Corn Lager! Born out of experimentation through our Permutation Series, Party Pump evolved from the 6.36 recipe. Pouring a beautiful light straw color with a slight haze and a creamy white head, a clean lager profile offers notes of biscuit and fresh-baked white bread. A grist bill highlighting malted corn from Valley Malt contributes a touch of perceived sweetness on the nose, with a floral hop character playing a background role. With Party Pump, we're shining a light on New England's agricultural heritage while simultaneously taking a trip down memory lane.

Can from the brewery, via Billy T. It pours mellow golden - yellow with a frothy white cap. The aroma is soft, smooth, sweet, biscuit, custard creams, grain, corn muffin, bread, hay and floral accents. The taste is crisp, clean, mellow, smooth, then it's crisp, snappy, hay, biscuit, sweet white bread, corn muffin, cracker, touch of fresh grass and airy malts with a dry, clean finish. Average body and moderate, prickly carbonation. Crazy clean and smooth. Seems simple on the face of it, but something like this is hard to do well.

Draught at Fenway, 6/24/21.
Clear, bright, maize-golden with a medium-sized, white head that slowly recedes to cover.
Cracker/cereal/biscuity nose with a kiss of honey and maybe an afterthought of herbal hops. Clean as all hell.
Beautifully refreshing with the perfect amount of body and sweetness (light and light). Engaging carbonation, malty-soft texture without being too intrusive for its goal of refreshment. But most of all its just clean and flavorful. Light honey and light biscuit. This thing went down fast and even with all the other beers I had there, including the stunning DDH Dot Ave, this still might have been the best.

Pours clear gold into a tulip. Bright white head with good retention recedes to hug rim. Tortilla aromas. Soft with sweet corn upfront turning to an abrupt finish. Slightly sweet, but certainly crushable.
