(Draught at Beer Temple, Amsterdam, 18 Feb 2023) Cloudy golden colour with foamy, off-white head. Fruity, sourish nose with peaches, mango and herbs. Fruity taste with notes of peaches, mango, orange and a mild saltiness in a sweetish finish. Low bitterness, mild acidity. Medium body, quite sweet. On the sweet and fruity side for a gose, but really tasty and refreshing. Very nice.

Brewery draught, 12/22/22. Thickly cloudy, muted peach-mango. No head. Lovely peach skin and juice. Light acidity. Not sugary, not punchy with acidity. Sweet, but juicy as F, with ample balancing acidity. Dries out nicely with pit tannin and soft vanilla. Spicy lingering notes with moderate acidity. Soft and wheaty, supple. Good attenuation. Just the right amount sweetness up front.

Aroma is peach mango, nice flavor, not overly tart. Crisp and clean.
