A hazed golden ale with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, nice fruity malt with light Brett, light herbal hops, light coriander, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with cereal, light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice and smooth.

1.5L bottled May 10, 2021, drunk 12/17/22. Clear brass-lemon-golden. Massive, thick, well-retained, white head. Brett has emerged, not heavily, but still nicely. Lemon, light lime, other valeric/isovaleric acidity with very mild band-aid. Soft spelt nuttiness and hints of honey and biscuit. Saison yeast shows mineral, chalk, plaster, all the best esters and phenols with not a trace of bubble gum, clove or banana. Clean, no alcohol. Soft, fruity and lightly tropical, moderately citric Brett notes with nutty, crackery malts and chewy spelt. Lemon, lime, dainty honey, high attenuation but not tannic or grainy. Lingering tartness, though well-aged and mild. Pepper and herbs with cracker and honey. Flawless, bright and with excellent, delicate Brett. A lot more interesting than the young draught beer, unsurprisingly, but this could go years more.
