Undated can, fresh from brewery, drunk 11/20/22. Heavily hazy, peach-blonde-maize-golden. Small, white head, moderate retention. Peachy, spicy, moderately juicy nose with no aggressiveness nor any big ester. Soft, white bread and biscuit malts with no alcohol and very little pine. Seems like Cashmere done right. Freshly picked grapefruit rind with white grapefruit juice, creamy-honey-and-white bread malts, just sweet enough but still well-attenuated, with no resin, pine, scallion or anything unwanted. This is a juicy, citrusy, spicy, balanced DIPA without too much malt, bitterness, ester or alcohol, but yet still amply bitter. Lovely. Seems a notch above a lot of their other stuff.

Goblet at the brewery with some sticky white head. Nose has guava, mango, pear soda, melon sherbet. Flavor is sweet, honey, melon, orange sherbet, herbs. Finishes sticky. Not bad. 7 4 6 3 12

Taster pour at the brewery. Appearance is clear yellow-orange with no sparkle and thin ring of off-white head. Aroma is tropical fruit, citrus, pine resin. Taste is dominant pine with tropical fruit and mild herbs. Palate is medium bodied with thin, frothy texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, a good DIPA, especially for those that like a piney, tropical fruit mix.

8 oz. draft at the brewery. Orange in color with small off-white head. Very forward grapefruit citrus aroma, mild tropical fruits. Flavor is floral hop mixed with the grapefruit / tropical combo. Mild bready malts, with a hoppy bitterness balanced by biscuity malts. Alcohol was well hidden. Much better than I was anticipating. Nice!
