Flaska från USA, 2022. Svart med fluffig ljusbrun krona. Väldigt mycket kryddigt kanel i doften. I smaken mer balanserat. Kanel, sött, churros och frityrdeg, sockrigt utan att det blir sliskigt. Lagom stor i kropp, fortfarande kryddigt från kanelen men på lagom nivå. Mycket gott och drickbart.

Bottle (7/5/22) pour. It's an opaque black with no sparkle, ring of beige head and no lacing. Aroma is strong cinnamon and sugar, mild fried dough. Taste is strong cinnamon, vanilla, fried dough, late roasted malt. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with frothy texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, cinnamon is front and center and is somewhat overpowering. Hard to find the beeriness here.

500 ml bottle. 301/1440. Aroma is a good amount cinnamon, chocolate. The cinnamon is here throughout but not overpowering. is this dough dipped in cinnamon and sugar? Sure. It sort of balanced to a point.

Bottled 7/05/22 (301/1440), drunk 10/8/22. Undetermined clarity, mahogany-amber-garnet. Tan head is small, sits at cover. Wow, good mix of acidity and chocolate with prune and raisin. Brown sugar, vanilla, milk chocolate. Definitely get a good sense of churro. Again, it's very low roast like the V for Vanilla series. Maybe some pastry flour-like notes on the end, even. Soft, malty, flour-like with white sugar, molasses, peanut flour, almond, light cinnamon, moderate vanilla. Pretty damned sweet.
