A farmhouse ale with a slightly spicy noble hop bite backed by hints of lemon. This beer was brewed exclusively with local grain, including Blue Ox Legend Six-Row Pils, Dark Munich, and Wheat Malts, and Aurora Farm Organic Oats alongside Kazbek hops and an expressive farmhouse yeast blend.

750mL bottled Dec 29, 2021, drunk 9/2/22. Clear hay-golden with a large, pillowy, white head showing strong retention. Nose is soft and wheaty/oaty, nice and rustic with a pinch of lactic acidity and even, mild, lemony Brett. Good Sacch character too, with plaster, light stone fruit and tons of black pepper. No alcohol, flaw or any disturbance from hops. Just a study in malt and yeast. Soft and succulent with dainty, honey-like malt and chewy wheat/oat. Good graininess on the end, with lemony acidity and mild brett. Clean, easygoing, very flavorful and full of pepper, plaster, mineral and balance.
