City Tap draught, 8/25/22. Moderately hazy, peach-maize. Large, white head, good retention. Coconut laced fruit salad. Heavy Sabro but the cashmere blends nicely with it, spicing up the usually too sweet pineapple character. Big fruitiness but not your typical boring oj and/or mosaic NEIPA. Cherry, coconut, pineapple. Soft and sweet and yet I'm sure it's not too sweet in flavor. Maybe I shouldn't have been so sure. It's a strange one. The flavors are similar and it's not TOO sweet but it's definitely sweet with a thick, thick, basically syrupy texture. Bitterness and alcohol linger on the finish, drying it out somewhat. I like the extremely fruity, rather unusual and very Cashmere-forward notes but yeah, just a touch too sweet/syrupy and a jarring astringency on the end.

Can pour from the brewery. It's a cloudy dark yellow with no sparkle, finger width off-white head with poor retention and trace lacing. Aroma is moderately strong balanced mix of pineapple, coconut and citrus. Taste is strong pineapple and coconut with citrus in the background. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation, no hint of alcohol (danger, Will Robinson!) and finish as taste with mild, dry lingering bitterness. Overall, very nice! A little thin for the style.

16 oz. can traded by tfontana. Thanks Tom. Aroma has soft pineapple, citrus, and indeed coconut. Flavor shows Sabo is balanced by the citrus from the other hop varieties. Soft mouthfeel and very mild bitterness. Easily the best beer I’ve had from this brewery.

Pours murky mango into an English pint. Bright white head with little retention recedes to hug rim. Vanilla and coconut aromas. Soft with sweet mango and pineapple front to back. Dry, lasting sweet citrus finish.
