Bottled, huge thanks HP! Huge hazy yellow-golden body, ivory head. Honeyish, yeasty, floral aroma, bit spicy. Despite the initial huge head, it's not aggro carbed like the lager, rather soft, honeyish, floral, vague stone fruit, ending lightly herbal, bitterish. Actually clean, okay.

Draught @ the brewpub, Viborg. Pours slightly hazy straw with stable white head. Clear aroma of malt and yeast, with touches of hops and flowers. Bitter flavour of hops, with notes of flowers, yeast and malt. Funky aftertaste with bitter notes. Reasonable, although the body could be richer.

Ølluminati 101119. Golden color with a white head. Aroma is yeast, farmhouse, fruit. Flavor is dry, oranges, farmhouse, yeast, fruit. Nice beer.

Tap@ the brewpub. Clear golden body with a huge, creamy white head. Nice classic saison aroma with fruity yeast and esters. Flavor is nice and fruity, esters, quite dry, feels almost a bit sour but not really, just bone dry. Medium body and average aftertaste. Totally OK saison.

[ As Ølluminati / SPYBREW French Revolution ].Murky matt medium yellow - amber orange colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, butterscotch. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, fruity yeast, butterscotch, grain - wheat, sweet malt, sweet yeast, belgium yeast - saison yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180531] 5-2-5-3-9

Draught at KØ18. Fruity aroma. Cloudy get amber colour. Small white head. The flavour is citric and slightly watery. Low bitterness. Not yeasty or funky, but well-balanced.
