750mL undated bottle drunk 7/30/22. Lightly hazy, peachy-melon. No head. Smoke? Heavy phenol, spicy, very french with big tannin and lots of apple flesh. Melon, peach? This is frickin weird, funky and amazing. Same with the flavor. Soft, dry, attenuated, with juicy bursts of berries and great acidity. They speak about the light contact time of the blackberry and you can sense it. There's a touch of blackberry character towards the finish but it never gets too sweet or acidic. Milky, lactic, juicy, greatly tannic. Just unbelievable really.

Bottle pour. It's a hazy light brown-dark yellow with nice sparkle, no head or lacing. Aroma is strong sweet/tart apple along with tart blackberry/raspberry. Taste is more tart than sweet apple, blackberries/raspberries. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, well crafted and balance of sweet and tart but more to the tart side than I'd like.

750 ml thanks to ClarkVV. Grape and blackberries on nose. Apple and berries show a good acid element. Not overly sweet or watery. Nicely tart finish. Quite good!
Thanks Clark stoked to try this. Aroma is dry apple. Taste is apple, juicy berry. Tart, dry, balanced, crisp. Green grape, blackberry. Very nice.
