Althea is a modern American Pale Ale. Unlike many pale ales, Althea is low on bitterness, yet massively hoppy on the aroma. Althea is a beer that can be enjoyed by the pint or by the glass!

A nice and solid IPA. Fresh, hoppy and light. Maybe just a bit thin, but that goes with the sessionability I guess..

Slightly hazy blond to light beige beer, creamy off-white to yellow head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very malty, grains, bit fruity, hoppy, some citrus, bit dirty. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty bitter, lots of citrus, grapefruit, dry, little yeasty, grassy kind of bitterness. Aftertaste: citrus, bit sourish, grapefruit, hoppy finish.

On tap at Craft Room. Hazy golden body, white head. Green fruit, peach, sweet maltiness in the aroma. Perfumy, fruity, peachy oppy taste. Mild, scant to no bitterness. Okay. Drinkable, flawless really, just the most boring GB I've had so far.
