Sample at GTMW 2023, 8/12/23. Hazy copper, no head. Aroma of toffee, cherry, bourbon. Taste is toffee, chocolate, oak, cherry, bourbon. Full bodied, mild booze.

Sampled from the tap at GTMW 2023. Pours a clear copper with no head whatsoever. Aroma has bourbon, caramel, bread and a touch of toffee coming through. Flavor has a lot of toffee supported by growing bourbon, bread and some sweet grains.

330 ml bottle, thanks to ClarkVV on the share. Aroma has soft dates, mild caramel, maybe light bourbon. Flavor gives me soft toffee sweetness with oak and mild butter. Super smooth with the alcohol hidden until it gets warm.

Bottle pour (2021 vintage) shared by ClarkVV--thanks, Clark! It's a hazy maple syrup brown with light viscosity, no head or lacing. Aroma is strong whiskey, roasted malt, light butter. Taste is strong whiskey, roasted malt, butter. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, average carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, quite nice.

2021 375mL bottle drunk 5/27/23. Ruby magenta burgundy. Low head. Clear. Smells quite bourbony with dates and prunes and salted, peppery bourbon. Rich raisin and thick caramel and vanilla. No alcohol. Toffee, caramel, vanilla, soft and massively buttery. Rich, well-attenuated. So much buttery, rich, vanilla forward bourbon. Spicy finish.
