Tart, a bit sweet, sour. Lemony citrus, lemongrass, stone fruit. Smooth, crisp, light, delicate. Excellent.

Funky, tart and sourish with some farmyardy yeastiness, hints of brettaish fruitiness, lemon, citrus, oak and earthiness. Quite complex and balanced, pretty nice wild saison.

2019 750mL bottle pour at Tørst, 4/29/23. Clear, bright gold. Small, white head. Funky fruits, honey, light oak. Gentle acidity, saison esters and more malt on the finish than a lot of their beers. Clean, no alcohol noted. Soft, malty, quite attenuated, with light lactic, light oak. Tastes like an aged Anna. Honey-like notes and classic saison esters/phenols (which is odd since there are no commercial yeast here). Clean, strong mineral, light and drinkable.
