Pours a lightly hazy, pale gold, with mid-sized head that dissipates fairly quickly. Aroma is grass, straw, hops, grain. Flavors follow. Clean, crisp mouthfeel.

Pours slightly hazed gold into a willi. Bright white head with medium retention recedes leaving sheet lacing. Clean hay and caramel aromas. Soft with sweet honeyed herbs, mineral water, straw and hay upfront turning to bitter earth and bitter apple in the dry, lasting finish.

Draft at brewery. Gold few bubbles and slight cloudy white puffy head. Nose is herbal and bready. Tastes herbal, sourdough, some white pepper, lemon zest. Zippy palate. Refreshing.

Canton draught, 4/19/23. Clear, hint of chill haze, nicely unfiltered. Brass-golden with a creamy, white head that slowly fades to cover. Bright, fruity, herbal and white grape augmented hops blend seamlessly with honey-like base malts. Clean and rustic with lush hops but not overdone, still allowing malt and minerality from yeast to shine. Malty, very hoppy but not too bitter. Some strong grassiness, herbal notes and light white grape/wine. Hint of sourdough in the finish with supple, well-attenuated, honey-like malts throughout. Pretty damned fine, hoppy stuff with a mix of new and old world hops. But very low bitterness. Great dryness, maltiness, cleanliness, etc...
