Reviewed from notes.
Can to tulip.
Appearance: subtle pale cloudy gold color with a finger and a half's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: light coriander, sweet grass, earthy tones; hay, light wet basement tones, some honey, subtle wheat
Flavor: brings the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet funky to tart and dry wheaty to earthy quality to it; finishes crisp through somewhat earthy, funky, tart and wheaty tones
Texture: light to medium bodied, slight sessionability about this one. sly smoothness with some dryness along the tongue
Overall: pretty good saison I believe I could come back to.

Slight haze, pale. Yeasty, a bit flabby. For Oxbow this has a stuck ferm vibe…not at all coming together.

Can - lightly hazy gold - soft carbonation, fill in the mouth - dry and crisp, but with a complex herbaceous profile and full earthy honey flavor without the associated sweetness, giving it a light funky note - really good.

It pours a slightly hazy very pale gold with an inch of foam, from Beer Drop, canned July 28th 2023.
The smell is cloves, coriander, Belgian spices, somewhat earthy.
The taste is light spicing compared to the smell. Cloves, wheat, Belgian spices, light hints of tartness, sweetish honey throughout. Pretty good.
Rather light bodied, it does get thin in the finish.
Overall, a good rep of the style.

Pours hazy gold into a tulip. Bright white head with excellent retention recedes to coat surface. Lemon, honey and funky brett aromas. Soft with sweet chamomile, earthy funk and lemon front to back. Lasting citrus and pine finish.

Canned 1/16/23, drunk 4/15/23. Bright blonde, light haze, white head to ring. Very herbal, soft, grainy, leafy, with soft mint. Mineral, mint, fresh grains and soft esters. Wow that's a lot of mint, rosemary, thyme. Wow. Soft, well attenuated and honey-forward. This is so herbal but so soft and flavorful.

After can while catching up on some computer work. Lots of flavors going on in this little brew. All works to get a refreshing beverage. You get foraged greens feels from it, honey I’m not picking up. Rustic and grassy barnyard. Lively.
