On tap @The Moth during a very pricey craft beer week in Dallas. As if this place wasn't expensive enough, there were no half pours this time out. Clear, dull gold, lacy goblet. Peachy-plum, floral nose. Inviting. Decently herbal, inviting green tea & lightly twangy, carbonic sourness. Finish is all woody astringency. Mellow but consistent carbonation. Liked. Notch off the top for the price.

Bottle drunk 4/15/23. Not a great pour, leaving it hazy bronze with a spotty, off-white head. Smells like beautifully expressed and developed Brett with honey-like malts. Clean and lightly spicy. I like the herbs. Very fruity while significantly less bacterial acidity than in past years. Soft, lightly bitter, easy-going not super malty but well attenuated with light lemony and earthy, almost minty notes. Soft texture, lemon balm and mint with gentle lactic acid and light honey. Clean. Really interesting and nice to see a departure from the usual beer.
