Undated can (fresh) drunk 4/13/23. Deep bronze-peach-pineapple-golden. Medium-sized, white head showing moderate retention. Nose is a bit subdued to start but shows some deep mineral and very light white wine. Citra contributes light mandarin and meyer lemon. Malts seem sparse, crackery, though supportive and there's no booze or resin whatsoever, with clean yeast. Juicy with explosive tropical fruit notes greeted by huge, dank spice and a soft, honey-like malt texture. No resin, no alcohol. Some light spruce from the Galaxy. Spicy and interesting flavors with nothing dominating and a pillowy soft, malty texture with appropriate attenuation. I'd like to see some better aromatics from these guys, but they're killing every other aspect.
