Bottle thanks to LKS. It pours lightly hazy straw yellow with a small white head. The aroma is bready, earthy, doughy, gooseberry, white white, light spice and limeade. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, lactic, doughy white bread, tangy lemon, granny smith apple, gooseberry and some floral vibes with a drying finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Pretty mellow.

Bottle shared in Hackney - sourced from the brewery. Pours clear gold with a creamy, white head. A little pale wood in the nose, wheat flakes, lemon peel. Light-medium sweet flavour with some ripe lemon, very slight acidity, wheat bread, straw. Light bodied, a touch oily, with fine carbonation. Moderately sweet finish, more mellow lemony tartness, wheat bread. Not bad.
