Bottle at home in Hackney - sourced from T&T webshop. Pours mostly clear gold with a fluffy, pure white head. Nice soft funk in the nose. Light sweet flavour with subtle lemony tang, touches of wheat, citrus rind, nips of farmhouse funk. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Alright balance in the finish, light minerality, more light funk, lemon, crisp wheat. This brewery is really close to making outstanding saisons ('Belgian ales'). Just a little more funk, a little more structure, and they're there.
