0.33 l bottle from 'Sterk Avondverkoop', best before April 2019. Clear, dark orangeish amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, off-white head. Sweetish, fruity-floral, slightly resiny aroma of orange jam, ice tea and some pine. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, fruity-floral and slightly resiny taste of orange jam, ice tea, some pine and a touch of apricot, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly resiny and minimally herbal finish. Almost medium-bodied, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. Like a British Lager, very pleasant beer!

Bottle at home. Bright and hazy amber with offwhite head. Sweet malts, grain, tea, caramel, citrus peels. Bit bready and earthy, with crisp and doughy yeast finish. Quite sweet and quite bitter at the same time. Medium body, malty, cakey feel, average carbonation. A decent collab which fits seemlessly in both breweries portfolios. --- Beer merged from original tick of Coolmees on 28 Jun 2018 at 23:05 - Score: 6
