Charlton draught, 1/6/23. Clear, golden-brass-maize. Small, white head, good retention. Really interesting hop nose with gummy bear, cucumber, strawberry shortcake and some lightly dank spice. The hops almost smell sweet. No aggressively or grapefruit like American cascade. Malt seems sparsely crackery. Clean. Gummy bear, lemon and short bread. A bit powdered sugary...very lightly malted though plenty of texture. Dollop of honey with low but reasonable bitterness. What a strange hop. So much gummy candy.

Charlton draught, 4/6/25.
Clear, blonde-brass.
Fresh, fruity, juicy gummies. Cherry, strawberry. Not artificial but with a round, sweet character. Good herbal character late with crisp yeast and bready malts.
Juicy, more gummy candies and peppery hop bitterness. Light but malty and good attenuation on the finish. Bread and juicy hop. Interesting and certainly unlike anything you can find from 99% of American hop farms.

Can pour courtesy of Chalumeaux--thanks, TJ! Lightly hazy, pale golden yellow with nice sparkle, finger width head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma is cracker malt, yeast and hint of tart fruit. Grass and pine as it warms. Taste is pilsner malt, hint of citrus, bitter. Smooth, frothy texture, average carbonation and crisp finish as taste. Maybe the citrus, tropical fruit and pine notes would be plentiful in an IPA or APA but subtle at best in this style. Mildly interesting for a Pilsner but not lighting the world on fire.

12 oz can in a trade with TJ. Aroma is cracker and soft yeast. Lightly grainy, texture with a mild herbal and spice. (Very subtle) Shows zero bitterness with a respectable crispness. Interesting Trail variation.

Pours a lightly hazy, pale lemon yellow, with mid-sized head. Aroma has a strong lemon note, some grass, some pine. Flavor includes lemon again, with grass, pine, some bread. Clean, crisp mouthfeel.

Pours gold into a willi. Bright white soapy head with good retention recedes leaving spot lacing. Kumquat, clove and meadow aromas. Soft with bitter earth, guava peel and dirty dishwater upfront turning to meadow and menthol in the medium length finish.
