Can. A clear amber beer with a dense cm of white head that lasts OK. Aroma is slightly shy but expressive: kumquat, peach, light pine, bread crust. Fairly lean with a moderately high bitter finish. Fruity and floral. Not spectacular flavour but very nicely balanced.

Tap at So Good in Rome. Amber deep hazy color, medium-low off-white foam with great retention. Nose: pinch of dyacetil, flowers water, sweet maltiness. Mouth: ok, a bit malty not much of amber notes tough, bitter finish. Goes smooth, but not a thrill.
