Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Amber colour, afew bubbles on top that dissipate away and aroma of honey, pencil shavings, spruce, spice, herbs. Taste is sweet, honey, fruit, formic hint, herbal, woody, with some creamy notes and booze. Oily mouthfeel, medium to full bodied, low carbonation, sweet warm boozy finish. Nicely sippable

30/11/2024. Bottle shared at Ulfborg tasting. Pours clear amber bronze with no head. Nice colour. Aroma is sweet, rich honey, flowery, lightly herbal, woody, hedgerow, boozy hints. Taste is sweet with slight tartness. Smooth, slick, quite full bodied, no carbonation. Warming tangy bittersweet finish. Good.

Bottle @Ulfborg. Clear dark golden, oily. Herbal spicy honey aroma. Sweet honey flavour, full bodied, nice warmth.
