Bottle, huge thanks Ryan! Hazy golden body, white head. White grapes and apple esters in the aroma. Lean bubblegummy, soft taste, sparkling almost carbonation, solid notes of green tea. Light light oxidation and light bitterish finish. Not bad really!

0.355l bottle. Slightly hazy golden body with a white head. Aroma and taste of grainy malts, hay, earthy hops and a touch of vinegar. It also has a peppery spicyness to it. OK saison.

Sampled on draft at Hugo's this beer poured a slightly hazy golden color with a large foamy white head that lingered and left decent lacing. The aroma was musty, medicinal and off with a faint fruity note. The flavor was tangy and sweetish with medicine, band aid and an off note. Very long medicinal finish. Moderately full bodied.

Great Taste of the Midwest 2017. Lightly sweet. clear gold color and some earth character with yeast. I did not pick up a significant amount of hops and thought it might be lightly sweetened. I am surprised the scores are so high for this beer.
