Clear golden/amber pour with a small, but stable white head. Grapefruit, amlt, grapes, some herbs - nice bitter finish. Decent stuff.

[44cl can from Home Bargains, Bracknell.] A pale amber pour with a tight white head; apricot aroma; big resinous hop taste from the beginning, then some stone fruit flavours and chewy malts; and a long resinous finish leaving a dryness in the mouth. A full flavoured, satisfying IPA.

440ml can. Poured a mostly clear light amber colour with a short-lived, frothy white head. The aroma is toffee caramel, woody hops. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a fresh, smooth, toffee, earthy, light piney, woody hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Can. Near clear orange beer, decent bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, semi dry with a good fine minerally crispness. Light malts, thin bodied, providing about as much sweetness as you would think for the style - not much! Crisp pine. A surprisingly forward hop spice bites early and doesn't let go, neither does it sink its teeth deeper. Crisp cooling pine. The expected ripe citrus but fairly crisp here thanks to the governing pine. Little citrus peel. Crisp finish leaves a long hop spicy linger. A bright and crisp West Coaster. Pretty quaffable for the style.

440ml Can from Waitrose in Rickmansworth, Herts. A golden coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Hoppy, citrus, pine, caramel taste, aroma similar. Actually very drinkable on a warm afternoon mowing the lawn.

Hand-pulled half-pint in the Old Joint Stock on 8th November 2024. White crown on a clean golden body. Decent enough IPA with both piney and citrussy hops making an appearance with the aroma and flavour, some malt action in there too.
