For this juicy IPA we have used El Dorado hops which are absolutely loaded with tropical fruits, pear, watermelon and stone fruit. Mosaic is no stranger and always delivers big pungent juicy tropical fruit flavours with no nonsense attached.

A large wheat laden malt bill provides a firm body and fermentation on our house yeast adds its own stone fruit esters and rounds off this delicious IPA.

Keg, half-pint in the Boot on 27th September 2024. Cloudy orange body, white crown. Bitter citrus feel to this one, burnt orange peel came to mind as I sipped this.

[Cask at the Alehouse, Reading.] A hazy amber pour with a loose white head; tropical fruit aroma; very fruity taste with a crisp clean bitter citrus finish.

Cask at CBC, Covent Garden on 25th March 2023. Thickly hazy amber with off-white foam and spot lacing. Rich aroma of tropical fruits and citrus peel. Intense fruitiness in-mouth with sweet spices, peach, and citrus zest. Spicy, fruity finish. Full bodied with a smooth mouthfeel.

Keg at Heidrun, 08/12/20. Murky orange amber with a decent lasting egg shell white head. Nose is bitter tropical fruits, ripe melon, pine resin, mango, papaya, sweet malts. Taste comprises orange zest, pineapple, grapefruit, sweet tropical fruit medley, grass, light hop spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with juicy come grassy hop bitterness. Decent enough IPA.
