This beer is an exact clone and pays homage to the first ever ‘all grain’ beer that Wilde Child’s owner produced on a homebrew scale back in 2011. A simple grain bill of pale and wheat malts backed up by the winning combination of cascade and citra hops equal one perfectly sessionable beverage.

Handpull cask at the Two-Tailed Lion, Leicester. Light gold, mostly clear with a little white head. Grapefruit aroma, a little bit soapy but still decent. Gentle sweetness, a grapefruit laden initial sip with some lemon curd in the finish. It isn't perfect but it's a perfectly decent pale.

Hand-pulled pint at the Wrekin Inn on 24th January 2024. Yet another light golden citrussy flavoured beer, OK so the Cascade Hops do impart some piney notes but the Citra Hops appear to be more powerful and almost mask out their co-players.

Cask @ The Pub, Hebden Bridge (formerly Calans). Golden with a small head. It has a mildly soapy tropical fruit aroma and taste. Sampled again at the Northern.10 bar in Blackpool.
