[ As Aeronaut Berliner Weiss - Apricot ].Unclear - hazy matt medium yellow orange colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, bsking yeast, dough, apricot, tart. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration, tart, apricot, dough. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20160810] 6-3-6-3-12

Cask at GBBF'16, day two, 10/08/16. Pale murky yellow with little in the way of a head. Nose is light pastic, viegary, apricot, damp straw. Taste comprises pissy apricot, damp hay, citric rinds, light funk layer. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close. Sub par for style ... sippable but a touch harsh in places ... not a style that suits cask at all !

GBBF Day 2. Cask. Very hazy orange - gold beer, decent bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and has decent fine carbonation. Light minerals and seltzer. Light but zippy lemon. Decent dried apricots. Light finish. Quite drinkable.

Sampled @ GBBF Day 2. Very hazy murky pale yellow color, small white head. Aroma is a weird mix, but the flavor is a it better. Taste is decently balanced, quite some fruityness, only a slight touch of regular berliner weisse sourness. Slightly perfumy as well though. Hmm ok beer.

Cask gravity at GBBF 2016. Cloudy orange gold colour lasting white head. strong apricot aroma. Some ok sourness. Love the fruit though. Good i thought.

Cask At GBBF 2016. It pours hazy dirty gold with a small white head. The aroma is tangy, cheesy, milky, vinegar, barnyard funk and stone fruit. The taste is sweet - sour, lots of tangy lactic character, cottage cheese, apricot, biting acidity, apple cider vinegar with a sweet, tangy finish. Light body and fine carbonation. A bit too sweet and cheesy. Poor.
