Keg at Norwich Tap House in a beer flight glass. Filmy white layer, spotty lacing, cloudy golden body. Modest spiced fruity aroma. Wheat fruity flavours, lightly spiced. Leafy hop bitterness to the ending. Medium bodied. Decent, slightly subdued taste profile. (Norwich 10.07.2017).

Keg at The Lyric. IPA #1000! It pours cloudy gold with a thick, foamy white head. The aroma is soft, juicy, mango, papaya, tangerine, candied peel, creamy, yuzu, bread and some light grassy & floral notes. The taste is soft, juicy, tropical fruit vibe, tangerine, passion fruit, papaya, preserved lemon, Pina Colada, spice, straw, skunky action, grass , bread and earth with a dry finish. Medium body and fine, effervescent carbonation. Tasty and rather well - balanced. One of Redwell’s best.

Keg at the Maypole, Cambridge. Yellow and impenetrable. Not a lot of head or obvious carbonation. Grapefruit and gardenia lord over the bouquet. Sweet, fruity taste with hints of bitterness. The finish is more bitter, reminding you that this is indeed a proper beer. Citrus/vanilla aftertaste. The carbonation is fairly intense on the palate actually. A great beer, it just lacks the complexity of 4.0 and above rates.

Holborn Whippet. Keg. Hazy pale gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and mildly dry, finely crisp. Very light malt sweetness blends well with floral sweetness. Nice touches of mellow hop skunk and lemon. Touch of tangerine/yuzu. Trace of sweet bubblegum ester. Mild lime. Fine crisp finish. Nicely done, plenty going on and very drinkable.

Keg @ Alltech Beer Fest, Dublin [280215]
Blonde, hazy, white head
Aroma of caramel, soft yeast, slight butterscotch, bit of grassy hops, not much hop
Taste of pale caramel malts, soft hops, light yeast, slight alcohol, bit too much caramel
Palate - Soft carb, medium body.
Overall - This seemed to play second fiddle to the much better India Pale Lager on the day
