31/8/2025. Bottle shared by Colin, cheers. Engine oil pour. Black with minimal head. Rich chocolate cake aroma, dark malts, chocolate chip brownie, coconut, cognac, fondant icing. Medium plus sweetness, medium roasted bitterness. Full bodied, very smooth, low carbonation. Very rich. Very drinkable. Liked it a lot.

Panda thanks to Wingman. Oily looking dark brown beer, small and short lived tan head. Smooth and slightly viscous palate, reasonable fine carbonation for the style. Rich smooth dark malts, good dark malt cream and a little dark chocolate lightened by the well integrated coconut. The trio of cognac barrels provide a smooth ripe fruity cognac. All comes together superbly well into a dangerously drinkable treat.

750mL bottle drunk 9/30/23. Undetermined clarity. Dark. Small, tan head. Rich barrel character, spicy and yet nicely mellowed. Melds well with the chocolatey, vanilla and gently coconutty notes and shows no excess sugar or alcohol. Soft, velvety-syrupy, great depth and good attenuation. Really sublime flavors and tasteful adjunct. Wow, now I'm sad I never got these. If this one is a good indicator, these are REALLY well-done. So much mellowness but so much intensity of the flavors you want. No booze, not too sweet.
Backdated checkin, nice cognac coconut smooth mellow vibes.
