22 oz bottle. Aroma is Belgian yeast giving fruit like esters. Flavor is very mildly floral with hints of herbs. Lighter body with a dry texture. Was hoping for a bit more here.

Bottle pour. It's honey brown with no sparkle, head or lacing. Aroma is strong caramel, light forals. Taste is caramel, milder florals, hint of gin. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, smooth texture, flat carbonation. Overall, for a beer that is prepared to be quite special, this wasn't.

500mL bottle, thanks to tfontana, drunk 9/16/23. Clear brass-bronze. Low head. Nose is fruity as shit. Thought it was going to be sharp and boozey but it's just mega-fruit. No real sense of what the beer is, just fruity yeast, and it's not overdone on lavender. Soft, slick, fruity, a bit of bread, vanilla, caramel, watery as shit, thin. But not astringent. Is this a tripel? Why? Just kinda thin and vague, possibly Belgian? Dont get gin or lavender which is nice that theyre not overdone, but its just so vague and uncharacterful.

Thanks Tom. Flat, not tasting the gin or lavender. Meh.
