Think Apricot, Orange, Ruby Red Grapefruit, and Papaya all bursting into a subtle resiny finish that makes you smack your lips for another sip. We are testing the limits of our hopping techniques, and we're stoked to share it with you. El Dorado, El Dorado Cryo, Idaho 7 Cryo, and Simcoe…enough said.

Undated can from the brewery, drunk 8/26/23. Moderately-to-heavily hazy brass-blonde-golden. Medium-sized, white head showing moderate retention. Spicy, fruity, bright nose with dank spice, light juice, delicate honey and biscuit malts and no aggressive/resinous character. They get a lot of mileage out of the El Dorado and it's not the typical overabundant pine I associate with that hop. Lovely orange and black teas with earth and spice from the I7. Tea and spice with juicy pine and citrus but no resin. Succulent, deep malts with good attenuation. Lots of tropical flavor and enjoyable citrus with lingering bitterness. Ample bitterness, thankfully.

16 oz can. Aroma yeast, bready malt, apricot, herb. Flavor follows amd is balanced well by a slight earthy bitterness. Mouthfeel is soft and supple. Overall, a well made New England IPA. On a personal note: Kettlehead review # 100
