Clear dark brown beer, small creamy off-white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: little chemical, soft roast, funky, nice stuff, fruity, some caramel touch. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: fruity, bit acidic, soft roast, dry, bitter touch, dried fruits. Aftertaste: acidic finish, quite some tannins, wood notes, citrus touch.

8 3 8 3 16Draft at Oedipus, Carnivale Brettanomysis ‘18. Near black with a ring tan head. Aroma of oak, toffee, tart dark fruits, chocolate, caramel, light funk and malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle sampled at Carnivale Brettanomyces. Almost Black with beige head. Roast, sour berries, quite lactic, blueberries, Black currants, light creamy chocolate with berry dessert cookie thingy, ash, light hay. Medium sour, under medium sweet and bitter. Over medium bodied.
