375mL bottled March 5, 2020, drunk in 2022 and again 7/29/23. Deep bronze, white head to ring, clear. Getting slightly less malty from when it was really young, but still has quite a ways to go. Odd that it's so malty, as that's never Allagash's thing. That said, it's not underfermented or cloying, just....really, really malty. Honey, light caramel, white wine and white grape sugar. Peach, white wine, honey, caramel, vanilla. Very soft and sweet with soft oak. Good acidity but just so much malt and wine. Still needs like 10 more years or more...seriously.

Poured a golden yellow color with a medium sized white head. Stone fruits, woody oak, tartness. Really nice and smooth. Delicate. Nice tart punch in the end. Bottle at the DC area socially distant Fall 2020 tasting.

375ml bottle I picked up at the brewery pours a clear gold with some white head. Nose has some pickle, like pickled peach, barrel, green grapes, some dandelion. Flavor has some malt but more of an unmalted wheat thing, green grapes again, under ripe stone fruits, flowers. Finishes lightly tart.
