8 oz draft. Proper flavor of earthy malt, mild bitterness and a lightly sweetness in the body. Mild traces of fruit. Respectable.

On tap at Cask.on. Hazy light brown-amber, foamy head w/good retention and no lacing. Aroma is malt, caramel. Taste mirrors aroma. Smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste.

Cask at the brewery, 7/13/23. Clear, peachy-bronze-amber. Large, moderately well-retained, white head from sparkler. Malty and with massive, mellow fruity esters. Afterthought of herbal hops. Light marmalade and honey-biscuit. Clean, aromatic. Soft, malty, well-attenuated. Cask was in immaculate shape with crystal clarity and tight carbonation. Plentiful malt with tons of fruity yeast ester and mild, herbal hop bitterness. Balanced, flavorful, incredibly drinkable.

Pours hazy deep gold into an English pint. Off-white head with little retention recedes to mottle surface. Sweet caramel aromas. Crisp with caramel and sourdough upfront turning to dry earth and mild tropical fruit skin in the lasting finish. Better than the sum of it's parts but not by much...
