Please, please help us. We mixed a hint of local honey from Stonewall Apiary in Lisbon, CT with our otherwise traditional kölsch-style ale...and now the bees won't leave us alone! You've gotta drink a pint (or three) of this deliciously crisp and refreshing beer, that's perfect for any day!

Can to stange.
Appearance: golden soft yellow color with a chill haze to it and a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: medium sweet level of honey and some biscuity malts and a touch of floral hoppiness
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet conglomerated quality; finishes honey forward with a light hoppy earthy to floral sweetness
Texture: light to medium bodied; sessionable; very smooth along the tongue with nothing distracting anywhere; good carb level
Overall: good Kölsch I would be willing to come back to.

16 oz can at Paragon, 7/24/25. Unclear yellowish-orange, white head, strong lace. Grainy, lemon, honey, and some spice. Slightly herbal. Good feel. Good beer.

16 oz can in a trade with tfontana. Ty Tom! Aroma is white bread with subtle honey grain. Flavor has the light homey malt backbone with baked bread. Well attenuated with a dry texture. Easy to drink.

12 Percent draught, 7/3/23. Clear, bright apricot-brass. White head quickly to ring. Fruity apricot and apple esters with grainy malts. clean, low hopping. Soft, at times crackery texture, but not too dry. Lighter, but not thin. Lots of playful, gentle fruity esters, low hop notes. Clean yeast. Drinkable and flavorful.
