Tap at Malt in Fossa, in Sogliano al Rubicone, Italy. Pours blonde, transparent, with medium grained white foam. Aroma is citrus. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium bitter, with some background of sweetness. Final is fairly short.

Lattina. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso il luppolo. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e la maniera in cui permane, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo paglierino. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, resina, pino, agrumi, pompelmo, ananas e arancia amara.

Ma Che draught, 5/12/24. Light haze. Orange-gold. Small, off-white head, moderate retention. Lightly juicy, very fruity nose. Clean, biscuity malts. Orange, lemon, papaya, soft malts getting more grainy. Juice, malt, dryness. Clean. Forgettable but well done.

On tap @Luppolo Station in Rome-Italy. Pale unfiltered tough pretty clear golden pour, creamy white cap. The nose is fully orangey, red orange juice with a pinch of yeast. Mouth is orange pulp, especially in the aftertaste. Medium-low body, medium carbonation.
