Tutto il bello della semplicità, per chi vuole assaporare l’originale aura campestre. Prodotta con l’orzo della nostra azienda agricola e con avena e farro italiani.Birra a bassa fermentazione fresca e leggera. Una rotonda dolcezza maltata, buon sapore di frolla ai cereali, miele, eleganti note erbacee. Briosa effervescenza, corpo snello, amaro fine sul finale.

Draught at Sindie, 5/4/24. Clear bronze-brass. Small, feeble, white head. Very authentic helles yeast with clean mineral and very low hop. I like that they're leaning into the yeast here. Mineral, fruity and grassy hop. A bit light, a touch thin. But clean and with good flavor. Lingering cracker, biscuit, paper, light pepper.

Keg at taphuys. Pours golden, nose is toffee, floral, metallic, taste is similar, citrus, hay.

Can @Beershoppe (Rome). Giallo paglierino, appena velata, schiuma bianca media. Al naso note di crosta di pane, miele, leggero erbaceo-floreale. In bocca è dolce, maltata, con chiusura amara leggera. Corpo leggero, carbonazione media. Buona.
