Worcester draught, 4/20/24. Clear blonde-golden. Small, white head. Nose is authentic kolsch yeast. Appley and papery. Light pepper and cracker malts. Clean. Snappy, papery, biscuity. Some mineral and light herbal hops. Drinkable, malty, dry and clean.

Can: Poured a clear yellow color Kolsch with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of cereal notes with some light residual sugar notes and herbal hoppy notes. Taste is also a mix of clean cereal notes with some sweet notes and faint herbal hops notes and a semi-sweet finish. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Good Kolsch with a clean malt bill and nice level of drinkability but missing that typical buttery finish.
