Pours a slightly hazy, copper-gold, with smallish head. Aroma is citrus, bread, some grass. Flavors follow. Crisp, clean mouthfeel. Mild hops in the finish.

Side pull at Charlton, 4/9/24. Clear brass-golden. Medium-sized, white head slowly to spotty cover. Dusty, dried herbs and cracker. Not hugely aromatic, oddly enough. Bit of lemon and bread breaking through. Light acidity and mineral. Clean. Lots of zesty lemon and dried herbs. Lightly chewy Pils malt with a hint of honey and chewy white bread. Decently malty, well-attenuated. Mellow and without too much acidity from hop. There's a bit of dullness coming from somewhere, but otherwise this is very clean, highly flavorful and balanced. Light-to-moderate yeast signature, somewhat overshadowed by the hoppy finish.

Side pull again, at Charlton, almost exactly one year later, 4/10/25.
Bright and hoppy, lemon and herbs with yeast, biscuit and zesty dill lingering.
Sort of but don't really get the dullness I noted previously. Maybe just some chalk/dullness from dry hopping, id guess. It's certain only malty, clean, showing mineral and not overdone hops. Bitterness longers alongside chewy honey-biscuit maltiness. Maybe could be a little less bitter and a bit more attenuated and snappy.

Pours slightly hazed gold into a willi. Bright white head with good retention recedes to skim surface. Sweet hay, biscuit and citrus aromas. Soft with sweet hay, caramel and earthy lemon peel upfront turning to citrus pith in the lasting finish.

Can courtesy of Leighton. Cheers chief. Hazed straw gold. Fairly loose white froth. Love this lemony edge. Crisp and lightly dry. Refreshing and moreish. Could do very many of these.

Can at the house in MV. Cheers to Sander for the pick-up. Pours clear yellow-gold with a creamy white topping. Lightly sweet, great clean and dry biscuits, sturdy grassy bitterness, crispy straw. Light bodied with average carbonation. Clean, lovely bitterness, good crunchy biscuits, grass and straw. Excellent.
