Cask at GBBF β16, day one, 09/08/16. Golden orange with an off white head. Nose is pale malts, floral notes, straw, citric peel. Taste comprises melon, grass, bread dough, light malt base, fruit rinds. Medium bodied, moderate semi drying close. Terry visits the United Rakes and bollocks up a bitter ! Actually this drank more like a hote golde than a bitter !

Cask at GBBF 2016. It pours clear clear rich gold with a small white head. The aroma is soft, bready, oily, stewed orange and some cereal. The taste is smooth, big hit of bitterness, pithy citrus, graininess, cereal, oily and some soap. Medium body, soft carbonation and oily mouth - feel. Far from a game - changer. Fair enough.
