4 oz draft. Flavor has a bolder amount of malt with soft yeast characteristics. Dry texture with some mild florals

Brewery draught, 3/16/24. Clear honey. Small, white head, quickly to ring. This smells like they added bitters. Very, floral, mega-spicy. Some light white pepper and papier mache. Aromatic, clean, spicy-,phenolic, yet not clovey. Pretty good saison character in the flavor. Not gonna confuse this for Blaugies and Dupont but it's better than your average American saison. Still a bit bready and white pepper-heavy in the finish, but there's no clove or bubblegum.

Draft at the source. Clear bright yellow color white head. Aroma has lots of fruity esters and tons of dusty black pepper. Taste is very peppery straw, subtle stonefruit. Decent
