An hommage to Hommage. Bottle thanks to my bro. It pours cloudy deep red approaching purple with limited head. The aroma is sweet - sour, juicy, tart, tangy, raspberry, sour cherry, redcurrant, vanilla, jammy, Victoria sponge cake, sherbet, granny smith apple, red wine vinegar and strawberry worth balsamico. The taste is dry and sharp upfront, crispy, puckering, fairly bracing acidity, red wine vinegar, raspberry, sour cherry, cranberry, red apple, jammy, dry wood and a touch of tannin with a drying finish. Medium body and light carbonation. Acidity is bit intense to be honest. Nice elements to it, but perhaps a bit much.

Tip Tap Room draught, 3/2/24. Bright, cherry-red with lighter pink and violet hues. Clear with a small, pink-tinged head showing low retention. Moderate oak with big lactic character, mild brett, mild acetic and lots of malic acid. No sugars were left behind here. Clean, moderately funky with a light dusting of sulfur-like minerality. In the mouth it's very sour with a medium-light body, moderate maltiness and very high attenuation. Raspberries and cherries are lovely, contributing a fair bit of acidity but no residual sugar. Light oak lingering with huge acetic and malic components. Lightly funky.

Bottle courtesy of Bacchus66. Pours a burgundy/off-red color with a small fizzy pink head. The aroma is tart with cherries, raspberries and some funky stuff. The taste, like the aroma, is tart without being obnoxiously so. In the taste I get sour cherries, raspberries and jams. The palate is full and a bit acidic. Finishes long with lingering sour berries. Overall: top shelf stuff. paired well with some swiss cheese
