Bottle pour shared by ClarkVV/Chalumeaux--thanks, guys! Clear dark brown with ring of head. Aroma is roasted cinnamon, Apple Cinnamon Cheerios. Taste is apples and cinnamon with alcohol harshness. Smooth, thin texture, soft carbonation. Strong apple and cinnamon but not traditional Booker's and alcohol contribution is not welcome.

500 ml. Vintage 2019. #5/480. Aroma has cinnamon, apple, toffee. No mistake, this is apple and cinnamon after all these years. Hard to find the bourbon. Super drinkable considering the age. Decent.

Bottled 11/11/19, #5/480, drunk 1/20/24. Dark amber. Edge of beige bubbles. Apple cinnamon pastry. Not as much bourbon, tons of apple still. Juicy, spicy. Cinnamon is still strong, but the body is weak and watery. Tastes like watery cinnamon with sugared apples. Bourbon is close to non existent. Some light tannin. Drying spice. Not the best as far as beer and barrel character but the apple cinnamon character has certainly held.

11/11/19 5/480 apples and cinnamon for sure. Not overly sweet, was hoping for more barrel.
