Brewery draught, 12/12/24. Clear, deep golden-brass. Not much head. Is that real yeast?? Smells like it. Apple and such with white grape, baguette, mild herb. Clean. In the mouth it's a bit light, a touch thinner but with killer herb, pepper, and apple. Mineral, basement. Lingering lemon oil and sourdough. Weird one but it has the yeast signature and ample malt. Just a bit rough around the edges, like most of their beers...

Dimpled mug, clear gold with some sudsy white head. Nose has malt and honey and some dough. Flavor is doughy, grist, some metal. It's fine. Clean enough. Not flawed.

Best by 6-28-19. Aroma of pils malt, honey, bread notes. Flavor is bready sweetness, honey, grain. Medium bodied, average carbonation. Finishes sweet and grainy. Well made Pils.
