Bottle shared with membership group. Dark brown (cola) with nice viscosity, no head or lacing. Aroma is nice caramel and bourbon. Taste is strong sweet, spicy bourbon over base caramel, raisin. Smooth texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste. Well made but spiciness/aggressiveness of this particular bourbon is a bit much for me.

500 ml bottle from the Barrel Membership. Aroma of oak, sweet notes of vanilla & caramel with hints of raisins. Flavor is oak flavor that is complemented with sweet brown sugar, a touch spice. Bourbon profile is sharp with Basil Hayden. Good.

Bottled 6/15/23, #638/1260, drunk 11/23/24. Clear, amber, little head. Spicy bourbon, caramel, vanilla and maple. Nice heft and balance. Spicy bourbon, hefty caramel and maple-vanilla. Not boozey but very strong and rich. Sweet, not sugary. Lots of rich, expressive barrel.

6/15/23 638/1280 aroma is toffee, rye bourbon, barrel. Taste is lightly sweet with a lingering rye finish.
