Bottle pour shared by ClarkVV--thanks, Clark! Hazy, pale yellow with light sparkle, thin head with excellent retention and no lacing. Aroma is tart fruit, barrel and sweet pear. Taste is strong pear, milder tart fruit. Smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Some nice nuance and complexity. Overall, not a preferred style.

500 ml bottle, thank you ClarkVV on the share! Aroma has bold amounts of pear. Flavor has a soft mineral with mild tartness. Light effervescent mouthfeel. Pear here is refreshing.

375mL bottle drunk 11/23/24. Clear brass-golden. White head is small. Juicy, with huge, rich, concentrated pear, huge Brett, light pepper and huge vanilla-honey. Funky but not acidic, lots of oak but not too tannic. Soft, rich pear, but a bit lighter bodied than Id prefer. Juicy, rich, buttery soft, very high attenuation. A bit too much so, but otherwise very juicy, rich, fruity. Clean.

Pours slightly hazed pear into a willi. Bright white head with good retention recedes leaving scant lacing to coat surface. Pear and mild funk aromas. Medium bodied and mildly sharp with tart pear, lactic funk and white grape front to back. Lasting dry grape must finish.

Bottle. Pours green tinted yellow. Pear, marzipan, lemon, green apple, minerally, white wine, oak, passionfruit, coconut. Lovely soft spritz. Excellent.
