Drip is our annual Wet Hop IPA brewed with fresh hops straight from the fields. Rather than going through the typical drying process, we brew with these whole cone, wet hops within 24 hours of being harvested in order to capture the unique farm freshness that only wet hopping can provide. Drip is available only once a year during hop harvest so enjoy this beer while it lasts!

Can (9/18/24) shared by ClarkVV--thanks, Clark! Deeply hazy light brown-dark yellow with tons of sparkle, nice, creamy head with excellent retention and lots of lacing. Aroma is strong pine over mango, very mild citrus. Taste is strong, but poorly defined, initial pine, milder nondescript fruit, strong bready backbone throughout. Smooth, creamy texture, soft carbonation and bready, lightly bitter finish. Gorgeous look and nice feel. Decent strength to aroma and flavor but poorly defined and kind of West Coast-y.

16 oz can received in a trade with ClarkVV, thanks buddy! Can from the brewery and it’s already over two months old? That can’t be a good sign for the industry! Aroma is mild, mango, white bread, perhaps some herbs. Flavor follow suit. Mild herb, Betterness that is not overpowering. Rather easy drinking overall.

Canned 9/18/24, drunk 11/21/24. Bought this a week ago from the brewery and it's 2 months old...guess stuff just isn't selling like it used to at a lot of breweries. Heavily hazy, bright pineapple-golden-maize. Large, frothy, well-retained, white head. Pepper-laced tropical fruit with pineapple, papaya and mango leading the way. A touch of pine and citrus in there and maybe a hint of twangy resin. White bread and heavy biscuit from the malt balances and there's no alcohol or flaw noted. Surprisingly lighter-bodied. Not thin, but very, very attenuated leaving scant comfort behind. Would like some more supple, succulent maltiness. Very carbonated. Wondering if there's a secondary refermentation from the fresh hops, in the can? Either way, there are no bad side effects of it, just overattenuation and high carbonation. Tropical fruit flavors with none of the potential twangy resin or punchy pineapple that the nose may have portended. Some peach and melon as it evolves, as well.
