Our uber-pale golden ale is crisp, hoppy and refreshing, with a lingering bitterness. It has a big fruit and spice aroma from the Target and Bramling Cross dry-hop.

(Cask at Craft Beer Co Islington, London, 25 Nov 2016) Golden amber colour, hazy, with foamy off-white head. Fruity, malty nose with citrus, orange peel, apricots and dried fruit. Malty, fruity taste with notes of orange, apricots, toast and slightly earthy hops in a finish with a balanced bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and refreshing. Quite nice.

Cask at CBC, Covent Garden on 19th June 2016. Amber with thin off-white foam and spot lacing. Pungent yeasty aroma. Leafy herbiness in-mouth with further earthy pungency. A sweet caramel kick. A sweet finish of fruit and maltiness. Full-bodied with a smooth, slightly clingy mouthfeel.

Bottle at home in London - picked up at the Richmond Brewers’ Fair. Pours clear gold, highly effervescent, with a billowing and lasting fluffy, virginal white head. Crispy pale malts in the nose, with touches of hay and citrus peel. Light sweet flavour with moderate husky bitterness, some biscuits, white bread, lemon rind, a little citrus pith, straw. Light bodied with active carbonation. Crisp and pretty clean on the finish, with a nice load-bearing pale malt base, more citrus rind, some grassy bitterness, melon, tangerine. This beer really grew on me as I drank it.
